This notice describes the current ADS Data Direct website, operated by Ameliorate Data Solutions, Inc. Our marketing and data services are described separately below and in our consumer privacy notice and request portal.

Information you provide

Our contact, website-audit, sample-request, email opt-out and consumer privacy forms collect the information entered in their labeled fields. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email, contact or business details, website address and message. Required fields are marked. We use this information to handle your inquiry or request. A privacy request does not require marketing consent. Please do not include passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.

Hosting and form processing

Netlify hosts this website and processes its first-party form submissions. Submitted information is stored in our Netlify account, and email notifications are configured for the ADS team. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and the pages requested to deliver and protect the site. Downloading a PDF does not submit a contact form.

Cookies, browser storage and external content

AI Native visitor tracking runs only when you enable its separate category or choose Accept optional. It uses the ADS pixel endpoint to send the visited page path, page title, referring website origin, device/browser information and visit time. The collector also receives network information such as your IP address and may set a visitor_id cookie to recognize visits and support audience matching or enrichment. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded by this installation. Google Ads tag AW-16705672385 runs only with its separate Google Ads permission or Accept optional. It may process page visits, device/network information, advertising cookies and Google ad-click identifiers for measurement and remarketing. Only gclid, gbraid and wbraid click parameters are retained for that tag; other query parameters and fragments are excluded. This installation does not send contact-form fields or enhanced-conversion identifiers. Google Ads cookies can include _gcl_* and provider cookies; browser controls can remove existing cookies. How Google uses information from partner sites. The Pixel product film is locally hosted and works without tracking permission.

We store your privacy settings under ads-privacy-v3 in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days. This record contains your category choices, a settings version and an expiry time, not a unique visitor identifier. It is used only to remember and enforce your choices. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page and may need to be made again.

Tracking and embeds stay blocked until you allow their categories. You can reject all optional content, accept it, or choose categories. Rejecting does not prevent use of our own forms or other site content. Direct links can take you to external providers without enabling their embeds here; those websites apply their own privacy practices.

You can withdraw permission through the settings link in every page footer. The tracking frame and disallowed embeds are then removed, preventing further tracking events from those documents. Withdrawal cannot undo information already sent or erase every provider's existing cookies; use your browser settings to clear those. Disabling JavaScript leaves optional tracking and embeds blocked. For deletion or an opt-out relating to information already held in our data services, use the privacy request portal. These website settings stop future website tracking; they do not erase information already collected.

Browser privacy signals

When your browser exposes a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep optional tracking and external embeds blocked, including when an earlier saved choice allowed them. We also keep AI Native and Google Ads tracking off when Do Not Track is enabled. The privacy form also includes the detected signal with your request. For personal information held in our broader data services, use the request portal so we can identify and process the relevant request.

Data services and your privacy rights

ADS provides marketing and data services in addition to this website. As described in our consumer privacy notice, we may collect information from consumers, survey responses, opt-in forms, third-party websites and data providers, and may disclose personal information to advertisers, data partners or platforms for marketing, lead generation or analytics. The website's embed settings do not enroll you in marketing or grant consent to sell or share information from a form.

You can request access, correction, deletion, limits on sensitive-information use, or opt out of sale or sharing. You may submit a request regardless of your state of residence; available rights depend on applicable law. California residents can review the existing California notice for details, including authorized agents and non-discrimination. Nevada residents may use the same contact route for a sale opt-out request. To stop ADS marketing email, use our email opt-out form.

Retention and contact
