“What is the timing for Re-targeting?”
Digital Display re-targeting will begin as soon as 6 hours after the first email lands. Facebook re-targeting begins after 48 hours. The majority of the opener’s emails are uploaded to Facebook, we match at 60-70%, and then begin re-targeting.
